ASSESSMENT

MISSION

The purpose of UT Women’s Resource Center is to serve women by providing support through existing campus resources, including but not limited to scholarships, mentoring, professional development, etc., to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.

Goals

  • Promote mentoring between female faculty/staff and female students
  • Promote campus events with discipline-specific and general topics as a means to provide examples of successful role models and resources that motivate our participants
  • Increase retention and graduation rates of female students who attend WRC functions
